At Bonjour, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bonjour account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
